General Reservation Conditions
The website www.hotdogholidays.com (hereinafter the Website) is the property of THE PROMOTION HOTEL GROUP SC, (hereinafter HPG), situated on the Crtra Platja de Pals Km 4 s/n (Edif. Golf Beach) - Pals - Girona (Spain), and VAT number (NIF) G-17716325, registered in the chamber of commerce of Palafrugell, A-1461/2002-1
All our accommodations accept at least 1 dog per unit. If you are travelling with more dogs, or another type of pet, we have to ask permission of the owner. In this case we will inform you within 48 hours.
In any case pets have access to communal areas, unless consent of the owner. We would like to note you that now your pet is an ambassador for all pets who want to go on holiday to this hotel, apartment or house in the future. Some important points: Please bring a blanket and plate for your pet; it's completely forbidden that dogs make depositions in the garden. In case of non respect these conditions, the owner may deduct part of your damage deposit.
Hot Dog Holidays offers accommodation and hotels that allow pets, which cannot be understood as this accommodation must to be equipped or designed specifically for pets. On our accommodation there are families with and without pets, so indifferent. If you have any specific questions about any accommodation, please contact us so we can assist you personally.
Decoration and distribution of similar houses
If we have similar houses for rent, these houses will be presented as one on our website. This means that the property assigned to you can lightly vary from the photos and description on the website. If the facilities of the properties differ, we will only mention those facilities that are present in all the properties. For example, it may happen that you have a dishwasher in your home when it is not mentioned in the description on our website.
Payment conditions A down-payment is needed to secure the reservation of a holiday home. The amount of this down-payment varies per type of holiday home and provider. All payment details (when, how much and how) can be found on the reservations page.
You will always receive the voucher with information on the day of arrival, the contact and address details and directions.The accepted payment methods are bank transfer and either VISA or MasterCard credit/debit cards. Hot Dog Holidays guarantees payment card through a connection to a virtual gateway.
Delivery of documentation.
Upon reception of the deposit book, Hot Dog Holidays will send you by e-mail the booking voucher. It contains the details of your reservation and all the details for the key collection.
Delivery and collection of keys:
Generally, entry into an ACCOMMODATION is from 16h00 and departure before 10h00, even that it may vary depending on the accommodation you book.
The timetable is detailed in the booking voucher.
In low season, when possible and after consultation, the timetable can be more flexible.
Generally, entry into a HOTEL is between 12h00 and 15h00 and departure between 10h00 and 12h00.
In the file for each hotel is listed the time of entry and exit.
It is also specified in the booking voucher you receive by e-mail after booking.
The damage deposit
The amount of the damage deposit can vary per property and is therefore mentioned in the details page of each property. This damage deposit is to be paid upon arrival, and is generally returned to you within 14 days after departure, with deduction in case of damages or excessive cleaning costs. (The property needs to be left in order, without dirty dishes, trash, food in the fridge, etc.) HPG is not responsible or liable for the return of the damage deposit.
Amend your reservation
If you wish to make an amendment to the reservation after it has been confirmed, you can send an email to email@example.com or contact us by phone on +34-972-636360 . We will do our best to change the reservation to your liking.
Cancel your reservation:
If you decide to cancel your booking we must be notified of the decision via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org, please remember to quote booking reference number. Cancellation charges are stated in the property description.
NOTE: Your cancellation is only valid when you have received written confirmation from us that the reservation is cancelled!
We strongly advise you to take out cancellation insurance.
Cancellation/changes by the owner:
We hope and expect to be able to provide you with all the services we have confirmed to you at the time of booking. However, we use the services of independent companies and private owners, over whom we have no direct control. If the accommodation can not comply to the reservation as it was agreed at the time of the booking, we will do our best to resolve the problem and/or offer you a suitable replacement. The owners reserve the right to change the reservation if absolutely necessary. (For example, in the case of emergency maintenance etc.)
Cancellation for reasons beyond our control:
We will not be liable to pay any compensation if we are forced to cancel or in any way change your booking as a result of situations outside our control, which neither we nor our partner accommodations could foresee or avoid, even with all due care. This may be the case in war or threat of war, industrial disputes, natural disaster, terrorist activity, etc.
If you have cause for complaint during your stay, you must bring it to the attention of the accommodation staff IMMEDIATELY, so they can rapidly work on a solution of the problem. They will do their best to rectify the situation. However, should a problem remain unsolved you should make a complaint to our customer care department at email@example.com mentioning the details of your complaint and your booking reference.
Any complaints received at the end, or after your stay do not qualify for restitution. Hot Dog Holidays is never responsible for financial restitutions; the problem must be solved between and in agreement with the accommodation and the guest.
In cases where there is WIFI in the booked accommodation: if WIFI connection fails or goes down temporarily, through no fault of the property owner, the customer may not, under any circumstances, ask for compensation.
If the tenant is locked out of the holiday home due to loss of key or forgetting the key, the tenant will be charged a surcharge to open the door or change the locks. The amount will vary according to each circumstance and may be higher outside office hours.
Bank holidays and outside working hours
We do not guarantee that we will be able to assist you after hours, on Sundays or holidays in case of repairs needed or other incidents.
Construction, noise and environmental problems
It occasionally occurs that in the immediate vicinity of an accommodation an unexpected construction takes place. We can not accept responsibility for the inconvenience the noise thereof causes. The same goes for noise by neighbors, church bells or farm machinery. We also can not protect you against environmental problems in your holiday region (eg pollution of seawater) and advise you to follow any publications in the media on this subject.
Hot Dog Holidays offers cancellation insurance through the company Europea de Seguros. The customer must read and accept the terms of such insurance. In case of incident, the customer should directly contact the company Europea de Seguros for any complain, under the conditions described in the insurance contract.
Accommodation Information on the website is the sole responsibility of each establishment. Hot Dog Holidays is not responsible for any incorrect or incomplete information.
Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, Hot Dog Holidays continually reviews the published information using its technology and qualified staff; however this could include inaccuracies, or any kind of error, so Hot Dog Holidays does not warrant the accuracy or reliability of the information or the content of the website.
